Inspection Types.

• Buyer inspections - Conducted to provide an impartial evaluation of a home's condition prior to purchase.
  

• Sellers or pre-listing inspections - Conducted to provide an impartial evaluation of a home's condition to sellers/realtors thus avoiding unwanted conflict or surprises between all parties involved in the sell or purchase of a home
  

• New home warranty inspections - Conducted prior to the exhaustion of  a home warranty.
  

• Home health checkup - Conducted to provide an impartial evaluation of a home's condition that is not on the market to provide peace of mind to a home owner.
  

• New Construction Inspections -This is final walk through preferably with the Builder or representative a couple of days before your moving in to make sure the utilities have been turned on and all you bargained for has been completed.
